Enterprise Self Storage Before and After

Not only was the existing lift inoperable, it was in serious disrepair. Our customer called us asking if there was anything that could be done. Of course he called the right place. We modernized the existing lift, made the necessary repairs to the hydraulic equipment, upgraded the electrical components and in less than 1 week, this customers lift was back up and running. On top of all that, the carrier platform looks just like new!

Dumpster Fire

It's a good thing the customer kept the dumpster nearby. Right away we took down the old rusted parititions and threw them out. Shortly after we then installed new partition walls with galvanized paneling, new pushbutton call stations and a sturdy entry gate made in-house by AJAY Equipment.

Lifts all cattywampus

This customer gave us a call with 2 lifts out of service, needing something to fit in the existing space ASAP! Well, quicker than you can say our competitors name, we installed 2 new AJAY lifts, complete with new partition walls and entry doors. A truly 100% turnkey retrofit installation!

This customer came to us with their lift dead in the water. Our technicians came out on a moments notice after hours and diagnosed the problem. The power unit had kicked the bucket. At over 30 years old, this was to be expected. However, the customer needed it back up and running asap! At AJAY, we keep these power units in stock and ready to go and this customer was back up and running within 24 hours!

With no time to spare, this customer decided to relocate to sunny California and needed a solution fast. This company dealt with long extruded product and lacked a way to move it to the second floor of their facility to further trim and finish it for their customers. This was a simple, yet durable option; an AJAY dual-mast lift that takes from our tried and true truss design cantilever product. With a platform size of 21 feet in length, and our in-house partitions, we're a one-stop-shop for you.

Clean Slate

Our customers can rest assured our AJAY install team will guide them step by step through the process. As seen here, this project started with nothing but bare concrete. We worked with the contractors on-site to ensure that the pits were cut square and per the specifications, allowing our lift to fit with ease.

What is old is new again

An old customer of ours all the way in Connecticut needed a refresh of their lift that we installed all the way back in 1991! Our product can stand the test of time, however, some wear and tear items might need to be upgraded once in a while. With their corporate colors in mind, we upgraded this cab to the Diamond Shield Package that suited their style!
